One zillennial

Here are the five stages of a Zillennial’s growth.Phase 1 —
I’m just getting started. I learn from millennials and try to avoid the typical mistakes of Gen-Z. Here we go.

Smooth sailing

Phase 2 —
I know what I’m doing and how to get there. Actively learning along the way. The destination is not close at all. But, there is a rhythm and I have a dopamine rush with every progressive step!

The checkpoints/ turbulence

Phase 3 —
I’m going past the turbulence and crossing the first couple checkpoints. The active part is becoming second nature, and the passive part is systemically working in my favor. Nature is in play. Those who don’t beat the turbulence just might get left out.

Rising tide

Phase 4 —
I scope out accurate/ reliable data points when listening to people speak, consuming content and media, or in conversation with others. My thoughts and ideas have taken shape and evolved significantly over time. I strategize more comprehensively and advice others through my own knowledge base and experience.

Curbing The Appetite through trust

Phase 5 —
To truly endure and stand the test of time, I trust in the systems and strive not to obsess or over-analyze. There may not be a dopamine drive or crazy motivation at this stage. I focus on purpose, and discover meaning by loving and engaging in other areas of interest. I live outside checkpoints. I have the stamina to weather it to the end game— and to trust the system at work.
